■ The cylinder type mechanical load testing machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with relevant standard clauses such as IEC 61215-2 ed.01 2016-03 IEC62782 TS Ed.1. The mechanical load testing machine is used to verify the ability of components to withstand static and dynamic loads under conditions such as wind, snow, or icing.
■ This machine is used to test the compressive strength of photovoltaic modules, using dynamic holding technology to simulate load tests to understand the product's compressive ability under load conditions.

The system simulates dynamic loads in the form of cylinders and suction cups, with pressure applied through suction cups, pressure sensors, cylinders, proportional valves, and PLC. Each cylinder drives one suction cup, and a tension pressure sensor must be installed on the piston rod of each cylinder. The magnitude of the air pressure is calculated by the PLC based on the real-time feedback value of the pressure sensor, and the distance of the cylinder's up and down movement is controlled by the opening of the proportional valve, thereby achieving force control.

Each cylinder is a separate control module. Perform periodic load and pressure tests on the installation plane of the components. The main frame of the system is designed with 8080 European standard aluminum profiles, taking into account the installation of pressure blocks for conventional components, screw hole installation, and pressure block installation for double glass components.

The device is equipped with real-time monitoring of the deformation of components, as well as the continuity of current and temperature during the testing process.

Static load: Apply pressure to the component in a single test, and adjust the testing time and pressure within the testing range.
